Get heartburn diagnosed
While almost everyone has an occasional bout of heartburn, as many as 15 million Americans experience it daily according to the National Institutes of Health. In fact, heartburn medication is one of the most commonly written prescriptions in the country, says RNSMC gastroenterologist Dr. Bennett Plotnick.
